About Departmental Library
The History Departmental Library houses over 300 books for students and an additional collection of 100 rare and valuable volumes. A well-maintained manual database ensures easy access and organization. Prof. Sudipta Sadhukhan has been diligently maintaining the library, ensuring its smooth functioning. The library also serves as a quiet reading room for students, supporting their academic and research needs. It stands as a vital resource center, enriching historical knowledge and fostering a culture of learning within the department.

Remark
Room no 14 of ground floor is generally used for classes and history department room in the first floor is used as reading room, for taking remedial class, taking class with projector, creative learning, teachers room etc.

Past excursions have included visits to sites like Bishnupur, Murshidabad, and Kolkata museums.
